Shipping Costs and Methods
All of our products ship free of charge to your location provided it is within the continental United States. For locations outside the Continental US or only accessible by boat or ferry, please contact us for a quote. Each item on our web site ships directly from the manufacturer and their warehouse facilities. Each product page describes exactly how the product will ship and any fees associated with special delivery methods. Please read and understand your delivery method. All shipping times on the web site assume products are in stock. If something is not in stock we will let you know.

Return Policy, 60-Day Guarantee
All items can be returned within 60 days for a refund. They must be in their original packaging and be in new condition (no signs of use). All returns must have a return authorization number, which can be obtained by e-mailing us at support@keystoneoffice.com. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning the items. We never charge a restocking fee. NOTE: Special order chairs, safes, and file cabinets cannot be returned.

Order Cancellation
Should you need to cancel an order, please contact us. As long as the order has not shipped we can cancel it with no fees. However, if your order has shipped you will be required to pay any freight charges involved in shipping and returning the item as well as any fees charged by the manufacturer for the return (i.e., restocking).

Damaged Products
With any chair deliveries, if you see damage after opening the box just give us a call. We will get replacement parts (or a new chair) out to you immediately.

Safes and File Cabinets - PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT!
It is rare, but sometimes the freight companies are careless and either drop your item or hit it with a fork lift. When your safe or cabinet arrives, please be certain to inspect it while the driver is still there. If damage is found, refuse the item and we will ship you another one at no charge. If you will not be available to receive it, inspect it within 24 hours of delivery. If a package is received and signed for, but damage is found later, we often cannot file a claim for the damages.

The colors on our web site are for representation only. If exact color is needed, please ask for a sample.
