Terms of Service
At Keystone Office we strive to set high expectations for ourselves and the products we
choose to sell. Our prices are unbeatable because of our very low overhead. We
are confident that after shopping at any other place, you will return to our online store for
the lowest price.
Below is information about our policies including returns. Please feel free to

Accepted Payment Methods
Purhcase Orders welcome! We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You may also send us a check
or money order through the mail. All of these options will be presented to you at
checkout. You can send us your purchase order here.
Warranty Details
Eurotech chairs carry a Lifetime Warranty on all parts, and a 5 year warranty on the
fabric and leather. This is an industry peak. You are assured of total customer satisfaction.
Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser all components for the life of the product
with the exception of upholstery and foam, which will be warranted for five years.
Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser that all parts will be free from material
defects. Eurotech will repair or replace, at it's option, any unaltered components.
Customer's own material is not warranted.
Warranty is limited to a maximum 250-pound user in a forty hour work week.
The warranty is limited to replacement or repair, and does not cover cost of
transportation and labor. There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than those
specifically described.
Eurotech shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from any
product defect.
Shipping Costs and Methods
All chairs are shipped 100% free of any shipping or handling charges via UPS Ground to any location in the
continental United States.
Time of Delivery
All chairs are shipped the next business day unless they are on back-order. You will be
notified of this upon ordering.
Returns
All chairs can be returned within 60 days for a refund. They must be in their original
packaging and in new condition. All returns must have
a return authorization number, which can be obtained by e-mailing us at
support@keystoneoffice.com or by using our
contact form. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping
costs involved in returning the item. There is no re-stocking fee.
Special Order
Special Order chairs cannot be returned. These include all Fabrix, Healthcare, or other special colors or chairs that are no longer stocked.
Damaged Goods
Simply put, we will take care of you. If you see damage after opening the box just give us a call.
We will get replacement parts (or a new chair) out to you immediately.
We reserve the right to change these policies as we see fit. Please be certain to read our
policies thoroughly before ordering. Your order will always be protected by the policies
that are in effect at the time of your order. Should you have any questions, please
