Shipping Costs and Methods
All of our products ship free of charge to your location provided it is within the continental United States. For locations outside the Continental US or only accessible by boat or ferry, please contact us for a quote. Also note that "inside delivery" service to a Union Building may have additional fees. Each item on our web site ships directly from the manufacturer and their warehouse facilities. Each product page describes exactly how the product will ship and any fees associated with special delivery methods. Please read and understand your delivery method. All shipping times on the web site assume products are in stock. If something is not in stock we will let you know.
Return Policy, 60-Day Guarantee
All items can be returned within 60 days for a refund. They must be in their original packaging and be in new condition (no signs of use). All returns must have a return authorization number, which can be obtained by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning the items as well as any outbound freight we incurred shipping it. Inside delivery or installation fees cannot be refunded. Most items do not have a restocking fee. Larger items that ship directly from the manufacturers can have restocking fees, so please check with us before ordering if there is a possibility of needing to return the item. NOTE: Special order safes and file cabinets cannot be returned.
Returns: A Friendly Caution
Please carefully measure the location for your item. A common reason for returns is that "it won't fit" or "it is too large." Many of our safes and filing cabinets are quite heavy, and that means they are very expensive to return because the freight expense is exorbitant. We do everything we can to keep the return costs down, but we cannot help with the freight charges.
Should you need to cancel an order, please contact us. As long as the order has not shipped we can cancel it with no fees. However, if your order has shipped you will be required to pay any freight charges involved in shipping and returning the item. All cancellations are subject to our "Return Policy" above.
The colors on our web site are for representation only. If exact color is needed, please ask for a sample.
